Very delicious food.
Well prepared and quick.
I was greeted promptly and sat right away.
The restaurant has plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere.
Haley, my waitress was great and made sure everything was good.
I ordered the portobello burger with fries along with a cup of lentil soup.
Both had lots of flavor and spices.
They also offer complimentary pita bread with oil and herbs.
Swing by and check them out.

Canal Bistro is a joint I’ve never eaten at, but last night, I got to make the visit. Arriving at around 6 PM, they weren’t too busy but gradually got busier throughout our time there.
Our waiter was cool and attentive to us, and gave good suggestions on the menu.
The outdoor patio was very nice and gave good views of the canal. I ordered the classic Gyro sandwich with fries as my entree.
And overall, it was just okay.
The Gyro meat was tender and seasoned well but the pita bread was quite soggy and didn’t hold together well.
The fries were also pretty bland.
For $16, it was just average. Overall, this was an okay experience.
Will I return? Maybe.
Might give the Mediterranean Beef Burger a shot next time since it looked good!

Bistro has good food, god service, and a nice place with an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable.
The food was great, it felt like eating very clean.
The chicken shawarma( hope I spelled it right) was really good with the rice and Greek salad and the pita bread.
I meant to take a pic of the plate but it smelled so good I ate it before I could, all I got was the Greek salad and it was just right also.
I recommend trying them out I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
I went back and almost let the same thing happen, so it’s a partially eaten photo of the chicken shawarma.
