Another great date night! This place is across from Park Mall at Broadway and Wilmot.
I was parked waiting for my date, when she came out the front door to collect me (there's parking and entrance at the real also!). We had a little confusion when ordering.
Calle Tepa has menu items on the wall, and we weren't sure if they were decorative or actually matched the menu (which we ended up using). We both were feeling fish for dinner.
I ordered the mahi burrito.
When staff asked me if I wanted beans, rice, etc, I didn't realize they would come Inside the burrito (which was fine, and I didn't read the fine print on the menu anyway).
My date ordered a mahi taco.
We got an order of yummy tortilla chips, and they have a salsa bar (highly recommend the pickled onions - delicious, even on the chips alone). Both entree items came out hot and pretty quickly.
They don't skimp on the meat here.
Both of our items were loaded with yummy mahi (tastes fresh too). I would recommend Calle Tepa.
The service was friendly, the food delicious, and the place picked up a lot after we were seated (about 5:30 on a Wed night) - it got pretty crowded at that point.

We travel the country full-time and really lived finding this place.
Super friendly staff, salsa bar is a huge plus, food was great!

WOW !! from the atmosphere, to the HUGE portions of delicious food and yummy margaritas, this restaurant truly deserves 5 stars.
The girls that took the order were super helpful and friendly and attentive.
I came because my friends kept talking about it so I was hoping they were not lying...
It was my first time and I will definitely be going back.
