California Taco NC is a gem that deserves your attention! 🌮 I dined at their food truck stationed at Haymount Truck Stop, and the experience was delightful. The barbacoa and carne asada tacos were bursting with flavor, served with perfectly seasoned rice and beans.

While the kind staff surprised us with complimentary chips and salsa as we waited, the homemade pineapple salsa stole the show - just the right balance of sweet and spicy!

At $32 for two hearty meals, it was a fantastic deal. I’ll definitely return for more tasty tacos! Don’t miss out! 👌
