Flavors Restaurant and Bar offers a cozy spot to indulge in soul food, making it a great option for a quick lunch in Fayetteville! I decided on the meatloaf dinner, and it did not disappoint - richly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The macaroni and cheese, while comforting, was a bit heavy on the salt.

The lemonade was refreshing! 🍋

After my meal, I couldn’t resist the dessert, and the red velvet cake was a delightful finish, albeit a tad on the stale side. Overall, it's a solid place for comfort food with friendly service. Just maybe be prepared for a wait...✌️
