Rookies Taqueria & Hibachi was a fun surprise on our road trip! The atmosphere is lively, making it a great stop for families. 🌮

I ordered the Quesabirria Pizza and Horchata, both of which were delicious! The pizza was cheesy with flavorful meats, and the horchata was perfectly sweet. We also tried the Loaded Taquitos - definitely a crowd-pleaser! My only critique? The refried beans didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of flavor.

Service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I’d happily stop here again! 🌟
