Caiman Cafe is a delightful gem in downtown Portland! 🌟 The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with rooftop seating that’s perfect for breaking away from the bustling city.

I indulged in the Cuban sandwich, and it was a flavorful masterpiece - the slow-cooked pork and thick slices of ham paired beautifully with crispy pressed bread. The brown sugar espresso was a sweet treat that I simply couldn't resist.

Their extensive vegan options, like the yucca burrito, also caught my eye. I can't wait to return for more delicious meals, especially if I can convince them to whip up a vegan empanada someday! 😋.
