Great sandwich, but limited selection and it feels like the deli is simply hanging on.
The shelves and coolers are mostly empty, they’re only serving a slim portion of the menu, and it doesn’t feel particularly welcoming.
However, the food tasted great (even if it wasn’t my first option) and it was fast service.
It looks like they have a large to-go coffee bar in full swing.

Overall great experience, fresh produce and freshly brewed coffee.
Had a variety of sandwiches as well as breakfast options.
Nice spot for a quick and good tasting meal.
It has a very welcoming vibe and no one is rushing you if you need to get computer work done.

I am a regular at Cafe 12.
Their service is outstanding and they maintain it well.
Love their staff! Coffee keeps me going! Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are awesome!
