I recently visited Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican in Moreno Valley, and it was a delightful experience! 🌮 The carne asada burrito was massive and packed with flavor, and I loved the homemade tortillas - they made a significant difference.

While the restaurant had some cleanliness issues in the food prep area, the friendly staff more than made up for it. The guacamole was surprisingly fresh and creamy! Just a heads up, though: I received more beans than rice in my bowl, so maybe caution with toppings could be helpful.
