Buzzard Billy's is a gem in Des Moines that I discovered during my recent trip! 🌟 The atmosphere was lively, reminiscent of a family gathering. The extensive menu had me torn, but I finally went with the Cajun Combo platter - which was spectacular!

We also enjoyed the chicken & waffles and crispy fried gator, all served in generous portions. The gumbo was rich and flavor-packed, truly delightful!

The service was friendly, and though it was a bit slow, we were in no rush. Noise levels were high, but that just added to the fun vibe! Definitely worth a visit for anyone craving Cajun delights! 🎉
