Thistle's Summit is a delightful gem in Des Moines! 🌟 I popped in for some breakfast treats, and their Oatmeal Cream Pies are simply heavenly - definitely the best I've ever had! Each bite is soft and so flavorful; I can't get enough!

I also tried a pumpkin whoopie pie which was enchanting! The ambiance is cute, with a charming upstairs antique shop that makes it a fun spot to explore.

As someone who isn’t gluten-free or vegan, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was! You must go if you haven't already... 😍
