Burrito Express is a hidden gem for breakfast lovers! 🌟 Located in a cozy parking lot near the Boeing airstrip, this food truck serves up some of the best breakfast burritos in Seattle. On my visit, I tried the Chorizo breakfast burrito, and it was packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients - eggs, cheese, and perfectly seasoned chorizo! The steak ranchero was also phenomenal, with tender steak that you won't forget.

While the atmosphere is casual, the quick service and delicious food make it a must-visit. I can't wait to come back for more! 🌯😊
