Despite the restaurant being mostly empty service was horrible and my onion rings luke warm and greasy. I won't come back. You can forget about napkins & silverware; had to ask for them 5 times. And, oh yeah, the tables were not clean and forget about sitting on the patio. It's a filthy disaster. There's no up-keep and staff seemed to care about nothing. Awful place!

Been here a few times and ordered carry out through app.Last CO order had an issue with food coming out to me late.Happened again tonight.Placed order at 1025pm and confirmation page said order will be ready at 1050pm.Knowing the issue last time I waited 10 mins before entering to give them a few mins grace.Stool there for 5-10 mins before anyone even bothered to check on me and that was a waitress.She checked the kitchen and said it will be a few mins longer. There was way less than 20 customers in the store and all were sitting in the bar area as the dining room area was closed.Not one person checked the register area where I and another person was waiting.Finally at 1015…25 mins late the orders came out…no apologies either for the order being so late.Got home and found they did not pack one of the items ordered so I called the store and it rang and rang for nearly 2 mins.No one answered. I’m not one to complain bc things happen but it wasn’t even busy.Logged a complaint on website to try and get a refund for missing item. Overall the food is great, no qualms or complaints.Service is more than lacking! I did thank the waitress for acknowledging me after I waited so long when I arrived.Kitchen staff and/or management needs to be checking the orders before bringing them out.I spent over $40 on this order. Your response seems like a bot reply.There is no link to click on at the site.I sent a complaint there the night I ordered.As much as I appreciate commentary, one that addresses the issue would show more effort and care for your customers.

We ordered an appetizer and cauliflower wings, took 40 minutes to receive the finger food and had to wait another 10 minutes to finally see our server again to ask for napkins to wipe our hands.Neither one of us finished our meals or stayed for the ufc fights do to the poor service.as much as we wanted to be there for a date and to watch the fights.My wife and I both asked for waters with lemon because we do not drink pop or alcohol and you should have seen the disgust look on our servers face like we was trying to be cheap.Unfortunately for them I would have gave good service the tip they was hoping for, regardless of how much I did or did not spend.Thankfully we was only in town for a business adventure and will probably never go there again.Worse Buffalo wild wings I've ever been too! Owner if I was you I would have some friends go in there undercover as customers and take some notes on your workers and possibly fire a few.I only seen 1 of your employees busting her behind and she was not even serving us.
