Half Baked Bistro in Mt. Vernon is a delightful find! I stopped by for brunch and indulged in their breakfast arepa, which was simply divine. The blend of flavors was spot on, and the portion was generous. I couldn't resist grabbing a few macarons on my way out and wow, the raspberry chocolate was a winner! The atmosphere here feels cozy and the staff clearly loves what they do. Perfect spot for a casual brunch or to grab some treats... I’ll be back! 😊
