Bruegger's Bagels has been my go-to for breakfast, but the new ordering system has altered the experience a bit.

I always loved interacting with the staff while customizing my bagel - especially my favorite, the Everything Bagel with lox cream cheese and fresh veggies.

Now, you order at the register beforehand, which feels impersonal and chaotic during busy times.

While the staff remains friendly and the food is still tasty, I miss that personal touch. Don’t forget to order ahead if you can - much easier that way! ☕🥯
