The food was great! I wish the chicken would have been a little more hot temperature wise.
The service needs some improvements.
I ordered a family meal and a couple of extra things, and when I pulled up to the window the guy told me it was 8 minutes for the rice at 4 pm.
He even asked me again if I wanted to wait for the rice.
I said yeah I'm going to pull around to the front and wait.
Needless to say at 4:37 I finally got my food.
Of course, I was driving down the road and something told me to check it.
They didn't even put my coleslaw in the bag.
Now I wouldn't have cared one bit if I hadn't sat in the parking spot and waited 37 minutes.
They had plenty of time to check the meal 37 times, but it is what it is.
Customer service just isn't the same anymore, and probably never will be.
Advice to people who work in the restaurant business you could make much more if you check the guest orders! Ticket times matter 100 percent because if I had not waited that long or you walked out to the vehicle and said something about it taking a little longer you would have gotten a nice tip!

Every time I go to this location, they’re always out of chicken especially at night.
Honestly, I believe it’s a lie and they are refusing to cook more food.
It’s 9pm (please note they close @ 10pm) the vehicle in front of me orders with no problems but as soon as I pull up, there’s no more chicken.
No sides? No chicken tenders? They only have steak & chicken biscuits.
