Ordered Bo’s chicken sandwich.Bread looked moldy so I asked for a new bun.Manager said it was the toaster.Woman walked over after taking orders with the same one glove on and handling the register and threw my buns in the toaster.I didn’t even eat it.Just ate my chicken without the bun.Because why be unsanitary.Just put on a new set of gloves.Emphasis on “set”.They weren’t rude to me or anything but that just turned me off completely from wanting to eat here.Need better training on how to properly handle food.And the toaster needs to be cleaned or replaced because the buns don’t look right. I’ll seek other food options elsewhere in the future.

Well, twenty minutes of waiting at the counter after the app said my order is ready. Thats pretty ridiculous for an online order that was marked as ready.The place was empty aside from the dozens of flies so I don’t know what the hold up was.But was I told sorry for the wait? Was I told what was taking so long? No not at all.I was instead given rude looks by the kid inside working.I don’t know what his issues is but he obviously needs to work it out before he comes to work.Sorry I’m waiting for my food? Not even a thank you or a word was said as they handed me my food.Shame.I usually come here and it’s pretty good but today was wrong in every way.

This is the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to.I lived in Charlotte, the home of Bojangles.It’s not that far from Savannah, but it might as well be a galaxy away as this location should not be allowed to exist.The chicken is not seasoned and even at noontime, my order was served cold and at the staff moves so slow that they would make a turtle say, “Hurry the hell up”.I felt like I was watching a scene from The Walking Dead.Even after seasoning the food myself at home, it was the biggest disappointment I’ve ever experienced at a Bojangles.What a waste of hard earned money.
