I had a fantastic experience at Blue Sushi Sake Grill during my recent visit! The ambiance was chic yet welcoming, a perfect backdrop for a sushi lunch.

We tried the Thriller roll, which had a delightful kick, and the Tidal Wave, both of which were incredible. The Hawaiian rolls were also a hit - so flavorful! 🍣

Kimberly, our server, was a gem. She navigated the extensive menu with ease and recommended the tasty tuna tower as a starter.

Though there was a bit of a wait, the bar seating was comfortable, and the drinks - especially the Dragonfruit lemonade - were refreshing. Overall, a must-visit if you're in Birmingham!
