I recently dined at Blu Hwy and was thoroughly impressed! 😍 The atmosphere is cozy yet trendy, perfect for a relaxed meal.

I started with their delightful spinach artichoke dip, which was creamy and flavorful. The shrimp tacos were a refreshing surprise, while the BH fries were simply addictive - definitely a must-try! 🍟

The staff was attentive, though a bit distracted at times, but their friendly demeanor made up for it. Overall, a fantastic spot in Kansas City for both lunch and dinner! Can't wait to return...!
