Bleachers Sports Grill

We come here often since we live in the neighborhood.
Usually a great time. But went in on a slow Saturday.
Nobody would greet us.
Waitresses all looked at us but just ignored us.
Bartender watched all of this go down and walked away when the wife walked towards the bar.
We gave up, got up to leave and the waitress went behind us and fixed the chairs we were sitting in and wiped the table.
Never said a thing to us and made no attempt at all!!!! We went down the street to a BBQ joint instead.

One of the longest running bar-grill in ahwatukee, I've had the pleasure of seeing it evolve in a good way.
Clean, well maintained, friendly service, good food and my favorite is the outdoor patio.
Also the clientele always seem to be a good bunch! Check it out.

The bartender that was serving me was practically immaculate ! She’s just had a baby and at the moment she had stepped out. I had asked two other people for my receipt so I could check out before leaving, the I stopped and ask this woman named “ Sid “.
(I asked for her name later) I said excuse me may I have my ticket or whatever it may be so I can check out, I would like to go . Yes I said it just like that. With the worlds most disgusting attitude I have ever encountered at a restaurant/sports bar she said “how about you say please ?! “ I said I’m sorry what did you just say? She said “you could say PLEASE” . This is like the one night in a very long time I have been able to take a moment to myself and enjoy a night until 21:00 And I was completely enjoying my night right until this moment. The complete lack of professionalism and harshnesses that came out of this women’s mouth, turned my enjoyable 2hrs. Right into the drain. I will not be coming back here because of the lack of compassion and professionalism this woman chose. I was polite all night, never demanded anything and used my manners and was extremely patient., as per usual . To be completely let down by this woman’s character. This is a disappointment and a bad representation of the company. Who talks to people like this? Somethings should be done before you lose more than just one customer. Normally I wouldn’t leave a review like this but considering the situation, this needed to be addressed. The only reason I left three stars is because of Valerie. Who is an amazing and exceptional Bartender and resource to this companies performance.
