Went through the drive thru .Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and some churros.Waited 30 mins in line (7:15pm to 7:45pm) to then not even be greeted by the person working at the drive through.I could see the worker throwing bags of food.I was then asked “whats my order?” As if it werent put in the system or something .I then checked my order as i got home and tried to call back and see if we can get my order right and they didnt answer even though i called multiple times on several devices.My order was a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and i was given this (which is cold and has basically none of the toppings) .What a disappointment.Next time ill go to Wendy’s across the street

Jack in a box has been my go to fast food place for a long time, old favorites and rotating new menu.Food is always made when you order, this is why it takes longer to get.As with most places they always seem under staffed.I usually get breakfast Jacks or some type of breakfast sandwich, they are all good, coffee is good and potatoes cakes are not greasy.

Clean friendly staff.Drive thru Speaker properly working loud and clear.Ordered meat lovers breakfast burrito.The hash brown was barely warm and well salted.The burrito was prepared well, served hot and flavorful.I ordered milk, served chilled.
