I recently visited Bird Dog BBQ and was blown away by the flavors! 😋 I tried the porkhouse sandwich and it was absolutely delicious - tender meat with a perfect mix of sweet and smoky BBQ sauce.

The staff was friendly, and despite the busy atmosphere, service was quick and efficient.

I can't wait to return for more!

Sadly, I heard they're temporarily closed, but I'll be eagerly awaiting their reopening. Definitely a must-try place in Colorado Springs when they return... 🥳
