Skirted Heifer is a gem for hamburger lovers in Colorado Springs! 🍔 I tried the Skirted burger and it was a flavor explosion - cheesy goodness draped over a fresh, grass-fed beef patty. The sweet potato fries were hands-down the best I've tasted!
The casual yet trendy atmosphere, paired with a lovely patio view of Pikes Peak, made our dinner enjoyable. Although seating is limited, we appreciated the fast service and range of toppings to customize our burgers. Don’t skip the house-made ranch and ketchup!
