Umi Sushi is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs! 🌟 The atmosphere is cozy and casual, making it perfect for a fun night out or a solo lunch.

We kicked off our meal with the savory Miso Soup and wonderfully presented Hawaiian Poke Salad - absolutely delicious! The sushi rolls were the star of the show; we tried the Umi, Hawaiian, and Colorado Springs rolls, all fresh and bursting with flavor. Trust me, the Umi Roll is a must-try on its own, no soy sauce needed!

The staff here are exceptional - attentive, friendly, and truly know their sushi. Can't wait to return! 🍣
