Been going to 3 different Panera locations all over Colorado Springs and Denver for breakfast over 2 years now, and the Dublin location has consistently been the most disappointing.
They are out of product often, the bagels are hard and dry, have gotten my order wrong multiple times, and overall are the least friendly.
And corporate wide they recently moved the cups to behind the pickup counter, so getting your drink is harder now - can't get their attention or they forget when your order is ready.
Best thing going is they are convenient.

Waste of money.
Ordered the you pick 2 for lunch, a chicken Cesar salad and half of a chicken salad sandwich.
My salad was never put in my bag, which I found out when I got home.
I called the store to get a refund and they don't do refunds over the phone and just wrote down my name so I can come back and get it.
Even though I told them I can't come back because I have 3 small children.
So I guess it'll be there for me a year from now? Plus the sandwich is a complete waste of money with hardly any meat on it.

However, I deducted one star due to occasional delays during peak hours, which can be frustrating for those with time constraints. Their iced tea is amazing and everything I have ever had here is delicious.
