I recently visited BIBIO - Modern Korean Kitchen, and I was genuinely impressed! 🌟 I tried the classic bowl with chicken, loaded with pickled carrots and radish - simply delicious! The sauces, especially the creamy Sriracha, added a fantastic burst of flavor.

While the atmosphere is casual and trendy, the service could use improvement; some staff seemed unsure about the menu. However, the food definitely made up for it! The portion sizes are generous, making it a great spot for lunch or dinner. Don't skip adding a fried egg on top - it elevates the whole experience! 🍳 I'll definitely return for another bowl soon!
