We ordered Malbar parota, and they served without a plate (directly on the tray with an aluminum foil).
No hand wash and dustbin where we need to throw the trash is disgusting.
The food was okay, but curries served were made in the afternoon, and that was disappointing. We ordered upma and that is good

The vada seemed stale, likely reheated instead of freshly prepared. I would recommend avoiding the Vada Sambar, but I cannot speak for the quality of other dishes.
Overall, a decent dining experience marred by one disappointing dish.
