Beth's Cafe is a delightful gem in Seattle, perfect for a hearty breakfast! 🥞 I tried the impressive Triple Bypass omelette - six eggs packed with meats, and it comes with all-you-can-eat hash browns! The atmosphere is cozy and casual, making it great for families and friends alike.

Service was surprisingly quick, and the staff was friendly, adding to the welcoming vibe. The coffee was robust, which paired perfectly with my meal. Although the hash browns could use a bit more seasoning, I can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu! ☕✨
