Went here for the first time with my friend today.I had the Chicken Ramen. The payment kiosk had trouble accepting people's credit cards.Had to try three times before it went though. My friend was the lucky one.The staff tried about five times before he gave up. So the ramen was not very good.It had an odd taste and the chicken looked old and dry.Took a few bites and ended up throwing most of the meal away. When someone is eating in, and eating soup, a tray should be given.Carrying the hot soup from the back to the front eating area felt precarious. The staff did seem very kind and nice. Something about the interior of this place is just depressing. There are much better places to get noodles in the area. The freshness of the food was very questionable.

I’m so disappointed.I used to use this shop before.Everything changed. The worst things was the hair inside. And the lady was so bad service.I was so sad and pissed.

This review is for the store on 32 Broadway. To me the best in town.I came there by coincidence because I was visiting the Charging Bull and was so hungry.I thought it was a tourist place because its such a busy area but its not at all. They have the best price/performance ratio I have seen in the city. The food is delicious, the staff are always super-friendly and the menu is very versatile.During my time in New York I went there almost every day.I highly recommend this place.
