Bamboo Sushi is a delightful gem in University Village! 🌊 I stopped by during restaurant week and was pleasantly surprised by their fixed menu. The flavors were vibrant yet comforting, especially the hamachi and scallops - truly fresh and expertly prepared.

The waitstaff were friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

I'd recommend starting with the edamame and miso soup, followed by the Hoki Poke Box - simply amazing!

Finish with their matcha panna cotta for dessert. Can’t wait to go back for another round! 🍣✨
