After arriving late and feeling too tired to venture out for dinner, I opted to dine at the hotel restaurant. The ambiance was bustling, filled with business people enjoying drinks and meals. The servers were notably helpful and friendly throughout the evening. The food, while generally good for a hotel restaurant, had one dish that leaned towards the salty side.Overall, it's a decent spot to grab a bite if you're staying at the hotel and in need of convenient dining options.
HOLY COW! This place is simply amazing! I had no idea what to order on the menu, but our kind server explained and recommended things and HE WAS RIGHT! Everything was so delicious.I had the pasta with an exquisite Butternut Squash sauce. My husband had the filet and loved it.We were treated like royalty.Loved every second and morsel. We will be back.I don't think you'd find one bad thing on this menu. The chefs are extraordinary.
My girlfriend and I finally managed to visit for a date night, and we were very pleased with the evening, regretting not visiting sooner. We visit Utah often. The food was the highlight of our visit, and we shared everything between us.Each dish was delicious, with textures and flavors that complemented each other beautifully. The in-house cocktails are a must-try, and the mocktails were not my thing. The blue cheese chips, crispy and cheesy, lived up to their reputation. The Bambara salad provided a refreshing palate cleanser before our hearty main course. We ordered many dishes, Pan Seared Idaho Trout was my favorite. The duxelle and texture to an already spectacular plate.Dessert is a must; the black forest panna cotta with hazelnuts was incredibly flavorful, and the tiramisu was unique and tangy. The service was friendly and attentive, with nicely timed pacing. The decor and ambiance were mildly quiet on a Tuesday night, ideal for those who prefer a more intimate setting. It’s an excellent spot for dates. Overall, the restaurant is expensive for a reason—you’re paying for top-notch food, service, and attention to detail. The ambiance and decor complement the overall experience, and the staff does an excellent job.If you have the opportunity, we highly recommend visiting, especially for a meal; you won’t regret it!
