Yes the A&W down on Penn and 122nd Street in Oklahoma City I have never seen such atrocious Bad Manners or customer service from anybody in my life they don't know how to say thank you they don't know how to say how to smile I waited for half a freaking hour 15 minutes of it was sitting at the window after they took my money just to get my burger that's atrocious it's ridiculous it's unacceptable unprofessional and they should all be fired

Nope never again let's start off with the drive thru.
trying to order off the menu and no one responds there is a piece of paper floating around saying please pull up to the window our mic is out "really" so I get to the window place my order have to sit and wait a little longer and the food was so Bland no flavor my hot dog looks like it was on a diet it was so skinny there was more chili than anything else...

This is an A & W /Long John Silvers combo store.
We ate LJS, and it will be the last time.
First problem, store was hot, and so many flies we couldn't eat, and had to take our food to go. Second problem, the store was not clean.
Everything was sticky feeling. Lastly, they only have my daughter 2 of 3 chickens, forgot my husband's hush puppies, and my son's cole slaw. My son loves the fish, but that is my only positive from our visit.
