Taco Empire is a gem hidden on wheels! 🌮 I recently popped by and ordered the shrimp tacos and a chicken torta, and wow, the flavors were vibrant and authentic. The shrimp was fresh and perfectly cooked, while the torta was an explosion of taste.

Service was incredibly fast and friendly, with the guy behind the counter eager to chat about the menu. I do wish the steak taco came with two tortillas, though - it fell apart a bit. Still, the affordable prices and tasty garnish potatoes make this place a must-try! Can't wait to return... 😊
