This location always makes me want to rip every single hair out of my head one by one.
I work until 3am 6 nights a week, and multiple times I have come to this “24 hour” location and been told that unless I’m picking up a doordash or uber, I can’t order.
I was told tonight that I could wait 30 minutes in the parking lot and THEN they could take my order.
But, they also said their servers were down and the computers were “messing up”… sooooo you know that your computer is gonna come back on right at 4:00 am on the dot? Or if I had waited, would I have just been told, “sorry you waited!! We still can’t help you”??? I’ve been given this excuse multiple times.
Every time, the workers have attitude and if I ever CAN order, 9 times out of 10 it’s wrong.
This location needs a flamethrower taken to it.
At the end of the day, either change your business hours or serve people during your business hours????

I was not here by choice.
My rating is NOT AGAINST the staff.
It's against the corporation and the poison they call ingredients, in the garbage they serve.
McDonald's will never get my money again.

This place was an embarrassment for McDonald's.
There was no parking next to the building unless you work for doordash or were disabled.
Inside, you could not go to the register to order, it was shut down.
You had to order from the kiosk.
You could not pay cash you had to pay with card. The place was filthy - from the dirty floors that seemingly hadn't been mopped in ages to the counters that were smeared with all sorts of nasty mess.
Most of the tables had not been wiped and still had food detritus.
The playground area had the smell of decaying food. At the end of February they were still playing Christmas music. The staff paid no attention to us at all. We won't eat there again.
