Very clean inside, even the bathrooms were clean.The service was great and the cashier was friendly even though she was very busy.I only had to wait about 5 minutes for my food, and it was correct. Tables and drink station were kept clean as well.

My brother and I went through the drive thru and ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich and curly fries. We pulled up to the window and had our order in about 30 seconds....that right there tells you it wasn't fresh because there were no other customers at the restaurant.when we unwrapped our sandwiches I was immediately disappointed.the chicken looked like a low grade patty that was burnt and dried out,as for the curly fries they were like warm and not crisp orange fresh....if we was weren't working and back on our job I would have taken it back.Needless to we will never go to the Arby's in Owens Crossroads again and I would recommend that nobody else does either

Just did a drive thru, good was great, order was correct. I highly recommend the chocolate shake yummy 😋.There is budget friendly items to order.And the Mac and cheese was awesome.
