Alba Restaurant is a hidden gem in Des Moines! The atmosphere is cozy and trendy, perfect for a romantic evening. I ordered the NY Strip, and it was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The truffle fries were a delightful side, while the tarragon risotto was a bit overdone.
The service was fantastic - our waiter was attentive without being intrusive!
Don't skip dessert; the lava cake was divine, albeit a bit small. Overall, a great experience with lovely food and attentive service. Just a tad on the subtle side for seasoning... but worth a visit! 🍽️✨
