We have been here a couple of times.
My family loves coming here! We live 45 mins away and think their pizza is absolutely worth the drive! Deep dish does take about 45 minutes to make so be patient (it’s worth your wait) but service is always great and they check on you constantly!

Pizza is superb.
Why do they get a 3-star review? Simple I don't mind paying the $27 for a pan pizza.
Taxes don't bother me.
I tip really well in the restaurant but what I'm not going to do is order a pizza for pickup on the phone for less than 55 seconds and get charged 10% for a gratuity.
$2.70 for picking up a pizza.
Absurd! I know the cost of Labor have risen.
But nonetheless employees are part of doing business.
You cannot charge somebody 10% for picking up food.
Just lost a good customer.

The service is poor.
I ordered a pepperoni deep dish slice.
I was brought out my pizza slice.
The guy asked if I wanted Parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers.
I said yes please and marinara sauce.
He said ok and never bothered to go get it.
Instead he stood there watching the game on tv.
My crust was hard.
My guests ordered hot dogs.
The waitress came out and said they had no buns! 😳The wait for a deep dish was 45min- 1 hr wait.
The food was salty.
I ordered Italian beef with sweet peppers and spicy peppers on the side.
They put 1 sweet pepper on my sandwich.
Oan it was cold like it had been sitting.
The manager came to the table with 1000 excuses and no apologies of solutions.
1 out of 10 would not recommend.
