Came across this food truck on the way to the park and the vibrant colors caught our attention.
Takes a bit to get the food, but worth the wait once you get it.
I also appreciate that it’s cooked to order.
Adds a level of freshness to the plate. The shrimp Po Boy is a southern and NOLA classic.
This is surely one of the best you’ll find in Nashville.
The fresh and soft bread perfectly matches the well seasoned shrimp and generous serving of fries.
In true NOLA fashion the macaroni had some kick.
