The 1540 Room delivered a delightful evening during my recent visit! The atmosphere is both cozy and upscale, perfect for a romantic dinner. I started with the mouthwatering grilled oysters, which were delightfully tender. The mushroom bolognese was rich and comforting, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh cocktails crafted with care.
