We felt like prime rib.
There are but a few places in Seattle that do it, and 13 Coins is one of them. We like the atmosphere, the dark dining room and heavy furniture make you feel like you're having a serious meal. The prime rib is decent - not at the level of Lawry's or House of Prime - but good enough to saitsfy a craving. Service was all business, like a diner, and we had to request plates for the salad we said we wanted to share when we ordered, and it took a long while for them to arrive.
We also didn't see our server anywhere and had to flag down a passer by to get water and ketchup refills for the kid's french fries. In all a decent meal but given the price point the service felt inattentive.

Fantastic bar.
The Dragon makes the absolute best cocktails you have ever had.
Ask for the Triple B, it's delicious.
Bo also is an absolute power behind the bar.
Best drinks in Bellevue.

They have a massive menu.
Wagyu burger wasn't anything special.
Fries were amazing though.
Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and not overly seasoned.
So 4 stars on food but overall 5.
It was mainly the flavor profile of the burger but maybe it just didn't hit for me.
Might go back to try other stuff.
