Some of the most generous, friendly, attentive service in Seattle. We visited on a whim on a Tuesday evening, and we were the only guests during our time there.
There was a server whose shift ended shortly after taking our orders, so it was just us and the owner/chef afterward.
Really felt more like we had been invited into a family home to eat. The food is pretty good, very homey.
Gigantic portions. Salmon penne - it could have used more vegetables, basil, and salt (or maybe just less pasta).
The owner suggested adding more stuff at home to the leftovers, which I did, and it was great! Chicken marsala - can't go wrong with a cream, mushroom, and white wine sauce.
Very good, and well seasoned. The menu and interior do feel a bit dated as others have said, but it didn't bother us.
But I really think the specials menu should include prices.

Wanted a place to have a long and relaxed dinner.
This was definitely the spot.
Waiters were helpful and attentive but the food came out really slowly. The backyard was cozy but the bathroom end could use a little sprucing. The food itself was fine, didn’t love the the specials didn’t have a price (ended up ~30 for each dish).
The menu felt fairly dated and made the specials feel less..
special. Had the calamari appetizer.
Really liked it, it was peppery and fresh.
The lamb dish was okay.
The paella was delicious and had ample seafood. Would go back more for the ambiance than the food.

I had the mushroom soup and a halibut + salmon with polenta.
The food was amazing, perfectly cooked, spiced, and plenty.
The service attentive, and the owner/chef came around for a lovely chat.
All of that for a very good price. In addition to that, I really enjoyed the ambience.
Reminded me a bit of Mediterranean restaurants.
No TVs, no noise, just people chatting quietly.
I can't recommend this restaurant enough.
