I've been a fan of Zaxby's for years, so I decided to give the Kingston Pike location another shot. The drive-through was quick, and I ordered the Grilled Cobb Salad, but once again, they got it wrong and sent fried instead! 🤦‍♂️

The pieces of chicken were rather large, making it hard to enjoy without a knife. The atmosphere felt a bit chaotic inside; cleanliness seemed overlooked and the staff was not very engaging.

If they focused on quality control and service training, this could easily be a top spot for a quick bite. Looking forward to seeing some improvements soon! 🍗
