No indoor service.
Drive thru line moves VERY slowly.
Total time from entering drive thru to receiving food was 41 min with only 5 cars in front of us. Food was overly greasy and super salty.
The two of us that ordered the original chicken sandwich couldn't even eat them because they were so salty. Celery basket was tiny. Fries were meh. First experience at Zaxby's and my last.

Zaxby's food is very good.
My wife loves the Cobb Zalad.
I hate they removed the Honey Butter Bacon Chicken Sandwich from their menu.
Dining room still closed due to pandemic but their drive thru is very efficient.
Received food very quickly.
Overall pleasurable experience.

This location was perfect until recently! I’m not sure who they have working the kitchen but they NEVER toast the bread correctly anymore.
They barely toast one side and leave the other entirely raw and without seasoning.
This wasn’t a problem until a couple months ago.
