Such a great experience this past Saturday (around 10am on June 29)! :) Kennedy (in training) had an incredible smile and was professional & thorough with repeating my breakfast order (chick-n-minis, hashbrowns, sweet iced tea, chocolate chunk cookie).
All of my food was fresh & hot.
Dine-in area was clean and welcoming.
Super friendly coworkers.
Great experience overall! Parking was not an issue since I had parked in the nearby parking lot.

Never had a bad experience with them.
Today my frosted drink was melted when I got to the drive thru window.
I politely asked them to remake and they did not.
I reported the experience and immediately received a email saying I was lying.
Which I wasn't but that's okay maybe they were having a bad day.

This particular restaurant is always super busy and drive-thru is always backed up.
This is not because of the employees however.
They are always quick with their smiling service and make sure that each and every customer is happy.
Food is always right on, tasty and hot! The only issue with this store is the amount of space in the parking lot.
The lot is small in comparison to the amount of business it does (not that anyone can do anything about it).
Just be prepared for tight parking or a long drive thru line.
