Hopdoddy Burger Bar

The menu has a nice variety of burgers, fries, and shakes.
ON our particular trip, we ordered the kids meal hamburger and fries and Nashville Chicken Sandwich and fries.
First the good: The Nashville Chicken was fresh and the kale salad topping were great.
The pickles were thickly sliced and were delicious, and the bun was very light and not dense...almost like a croissant.
I like that the chicken patty was hot and fresh, and actually spicy.
The seasoning was dry instead of wet, which made for eating much easier.
All in all, the sandwich had a good balance of hot and and cool and crisp toppings! The kids burger was OK.
The meat patty was a tad on the dry side.
The fries for both of orders were on warm and cool side.
The kids meal portion was plenty, but the price paid as a side seemed to be lacking. The service was fantastic, and the person who took our order was very pleasant and accommodating to our taste preferences.
We like that we were checked on a couple times during our time there.

The gf buns are awesome...from scratch.
Regeneratively raised 100% grass fed bison.
Ethically sourced meat.
Margarita was delish.
Sweet potato fries were satisfying, crunchy, and salty.
The fries are small, crunchy, and salty.
More salty than the sweet potato fries.
In a good way.

The staff was helpful, inviting and professional.
The order was in the process of being made when I arrived, so I was asked to wait at a specific table and someone brought it to the table.
I do not mind waiting for good food especially when it is prepared correctly and not rushed.
It was not rushed and was sooooo good.
The burger was cooked perfectly and the truffle fries were delicious as well.
I wasn't a fan of the bread, becauas it was really thick and biscuit like, but that's the first time I've had that kind.
I'd try it again or try another option if available.
I love the way the bag was closed to ensure safety and everything stayed warm for a short travel (about 20 to 30 mins.) I couldn't even finish it (or the fries), but I look forward to the leftovers.
Definitely worth it! Thanks! 2nd time I've been to a Hopdoddy and I have not been disappointed.
I look forward to coming back.
