My family and I visited this Zaxby's location for the first time yesterday and had an excellent dining experience.
We received our food promptly and the employee named Charli provided exceptional, friendly service.
Charli exhibited great customer service skills.
The restaurant was impeccably clean and had a delightful atmosphere.
I plan to revisit this Zaxby's again in the near future.

Food was great, as always.
What really struck me was the excellent customer service and atmosphere.
The employees had big smiles, welcomed everyone that entered, and overall emitted a joyous vibe.
Incredibly refreshing considering most fast food places nowadays staff people that act like you’re a pain for ordering from their restaurants. (Also interested in trying this new “spicy” Zax sauce!)

Been here before but I don’t know what changes they have made.
All good!! My food is always fresh and the fries are soo good!!! My favorite spot of all times.
I also got TWO ranches!! 😁😁
