I recently visited Panera Bread on Landmark Dr in Raleigh, and while my experience had its ups and downs, I can't overlook the standout moments! The mango smoothie was, hands down, delightful, and Patrick’s generosity when I forgot my wallet truly warmed my heart. ❤️

I had the cream of chicken soup, which was pleasantly warm, but the grilled cheese left a bit to be desired - barely toasted and the cheese wasn’t melted fully. The decor is definitely showing its age, and a refreshing update would enhance the ambiance!

Despite some hiccups, I appreciate the staff's efforts and remain a loyal customer. I hope to see improvements next time! 😊
