Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is one of the worst Zaxby's in the Charleston area, and there are several! The workers are terrible with food preparation and overall customer service.
The fries were not fresh and re-cooked until they were dried and fried extra crispy.
The chicken tenders were dry and very salty; I asked twice to have them hand dipped in wimpy sauce, but they didn't and instead gave me 1 Zaxby sauce. I called the store "manager" when I got home, and she "passed the buck" with no interest in fixing my problem. I also mentioned to her that I paid with cash and was not provided with a receipt.
She said they never give receipts in the 4 years that she's worked there.
When I googled the number for corporate, I saw an article that said the employees at that location were caught up in allegations of stealing money from the cash register. Corporate was not that much more helpful other than taking my report and giving me a $10 gift certificate for a $15 meal.
I will never go to another Zaxby's in the Charleston area.

The worst Cobb salad I've ever had, I had to throw 1/4 of the lettuce away because it was bad, brown and mushy.
I noticed the only other couple in store, the wife got a salad and was picking hers apart as well. The bathroom was absolutely horrible, I've seen truck stops with better bathrooms

The experience was okay.
The food was clearly made ahead of time and served upon request.
I would have gladly waited for them to prepare it fresh, and that would have improved my rating.
The service was less than attentive, too.
The counter lady was put out when they we had to go back for missing food.
