January 2024 and Zensation salad is back at the same price and quality as 2023. Glad to see that the inside seating area is again open and Zaxby's is again selling the Zensation Salad.
At $11.89 it's a bit pricey but we'll worth it.
Only issue was they are limited in Egg Rolls, only one to a meal as well as packaged dressing which is an excellent topping.
The amount of fried chicken is a little on the small size for the price but still enough to take some home as neither of us could finish the salad.
Medium size drink is good as are the numerous selections in the Coke soda machine and ice tea.
Remember this Zaxby's is not Fast when it comes to getting your order out but it's correct and good.

Got here dinner time, it’s dead inside, store has no zax sauce, no soap in restroom, no ice in customer area, no sweet tea in customer area… what are y’all even doing? **edit** Came back a few weeks later as it’s the closest Zaxby’s to me… chicken is old as heck.
Still one star would leave less if I could.
This owner should learn to take pride in their establishment.

Most dgaf restaurant in the Town Center.
Slowest fast food service.
Employees have one speed and it's super slow.
Waited 25 minutes for 1 salad and 1 combo meal for a dine in order.
Giant water puddle on the floor the whole time I was here.
No ice.
70% of the drink selections were empty.
No apology, manager cussing in front of customers and an incompetent kitchen staff.
It's been a year of this.
I was her on weekend 2 weeks ago and waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot for my food.
I'm done.
I can't keep being patient when I have a life to get on with.
