Yampa Sandwich Company is a delightful spot nestled in Old Town Square! 🌟 I stopped by for lunch and decided on the Italian beef with au jus - it was simply delicious and bursting with fresh flavors. My vegetarian partner opted for the Hot Springs wrap, which he adored; the balance of veggies was spot on!

The ambiance is casual yet trendy, perfect for a quick bite or leisurely lunch. Service was fantastic, thanks to Grady, who made our visit enjoyable with his attentive and friendly demeanor. I'll definitely be back to try that Pilgrim sandwich next time... 🥪
