Xiang's Kitchen is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs! 🌟 I've visited a couple of times, and each visit was delightful. The Shrimp Chow Mein with crunchy noodles and pot stickers were standout items - huge portions, bursting with flavor!

The egg drop soup is the best I've had around here; it's rich and comforting. Plus, the fast service makes it perfect for a quick lunch break.
